Lori Fowler, owner-broker of Area Properties Real Estate, believes that maintaining a focus on integrity and providing outstanding service are the two most important factors in successful real estate marketing. Lori has always applied this philosophy through her 21 years working in the business community. A diverse banking and sales background has made Lori's transition to real estate professional a natural transition since her purchase of Area Properties Real Estate in 2004. "I have been involved in another side of the real estate business for many years in providing mortgage and business loans for real estate purchasers. Although I have really enjoyed the challenge of selling and the success I have had since purchasing Area Properties, I have been particularly pleased and excited as to how much beneficial assistance I can give clients regarding the financing process. This can be an intimidating part of the process and I am glad I can make clients more comfortable with it."
Lori has a degree in Finance from University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University and is a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Banking. Her last position was serving as Senior Commercial Lender for US Bank in Sikeston. Lori is proud to serve the Sikeston community and is active in numerous civic organizations including serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Sikeston Area Chamber of Commerce.
